Part-Time Administrator
We are seeking a part-time administrator to join our team in Khanpur. This position is suitable for men without prior experience, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Help with basic bookkeeping duties, such as invoicing and bill payments
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
