We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of loaders to move materials around the job site. This includes loading and unloading materials, as well as transporting them to their designated locations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload materials onto trucks, conveyor belts, or other equipment
- Maintain and inspect equipment for any potential issues or safety concerns
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the job site
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating loaders
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
