Head Chef - Middle Eastern Cuisine
We are searching for a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our Middle Eastern cuisine kitchen team in Riyadh. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Middle Eastern cuisine and be able to create innovative and authentic dishes that showcase the flavors of the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menu items that reflect the unique flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a chef, with a focus on Middle Eastern cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional and modern techniques in Middle Eastern cooking
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey menu ideas and instructions to staff
- Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining consistency with existing menu items
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
