We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to company guidelines and safety protocols
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels for maximum efficiency
- Connect panels to electrical systems and perform necessary wiring
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on installed panels
- Troubleshoot any issues with existing systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar installation preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
