Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy in our hotel. Your duties will include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided. Prior experience in hotel sales is not required but preferred.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy in the hotel
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in sales or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
