We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers
- Plan and attend sales events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to showcase our hotel
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor market trends and stay updated on competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front desk, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery to guests
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
