Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests on board the cruise ship. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a passion for the hospitality industry. You will work closely with other crew members to ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience on the cruise. Your duties will include answering guest inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and assisting with onboard activities and events.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they board the cruise ship and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Provide information about onboard activities, dining options, and other services offered on the cruise.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operation of all guest services.
- Assist with onboard events and activities such as games, shows, and parties.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions for future reference.
- Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction by continuously seeking feedback and addressing any issues that arise.
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable)
City: Al-Khor, Qatar (accommodation provided on board)
