Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building exteriors, including facades, cladding, and curtain walls. This role requires experience in facade installation and repair, as well as the ability to work at heights and follow safety protocols. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair facades, cladding, and curtain walls according to blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect building exteriors for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs
- Work at heights using scaffolding or other equipment
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation/repair
- Ability to work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship (if applicable)
- Willingness to relocate to Faro, Portugal if not currently residing there

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
