Job Title: IT Manager



We are seeking an experienced and qualified IT Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1600$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket for candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain company-wide information technology policies and procedures
- Manage and monitor the performance of the company's hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and information systems
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure our company remains competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, and data management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Previous experience working in a multinational company or diverse cultural environment
