As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects in the city of Alta. Your primary role will be to lead a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan, design, and execute high-quality architectural projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project requirements
- Create designs that meet client requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Oversee the development of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is being carried out according to plans
- Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations in Alta
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Alta
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
