- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)
