We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This is a contract job with a salary of $900 per month, and accommodation will be provided. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage relationships with clients, including negotiations and contract management
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
- Train and mentor sales team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport (or willing to obtain one)
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
