Junior Web Developer

Our growing tech company in Faroe-Islands is seeking a Junior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Web Developer, you will work alongside experienced developers to create and maintain websites and applications for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with back-end development using languages such as PHP or Python. Experience with content management systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Faroe-Islands.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to create and maintain websites and applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies
- Work closely with designers to ensure a seamless user experience

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in web development
- Strong understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with back-end development using languages such as PHP or Python
- Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have own visa to work in Faroe Islands

Salary: 1100$ per month (part-time)
