Tiler Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tiling projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients and suppliers, creating work schedules, and monitoring the progress of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of tilers and ensure they are following safety protocols
- Assign tasks and create work schedules for the team
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new tilers on techniques and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tiler or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality work is produced
- Ability to read blueprints or project plans is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This position is located in Roskilde, Denmark.
