Computer Systems Analyst


A fast-growing technology company in Shan is seeking a talented and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our computer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with IT team to implement solutions
- Test and troubleshoot new systems and processes
- Train employees on new systems and processes
- Monitor system performance and make adjustments as needed
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong understanding of database management systems
- Experience with system integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Knowledge of cloud computing
- Experience with project management
