Cleaner Supervisor

As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will oversee a team of cleaners and ensure that all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for creating and implementing cleaning schedules, training new employees on proper cleaning techniques, and monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality work
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules for different areas
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and company procedures
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
- Address any customer or employee concerns regarding cleanliness
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, supplies used, and any incidents
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule deep cleanings or special projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to perform job duties including bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods of time

Salary: $1300 per month
