Computer Support Specialist - Part Time


We are in search of a skilled and reliable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Odense. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients with their computer systems and software.

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will use your extensive knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues. You will also provide guidance and training to clients on how to use various software programs effectively.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in a similar position and possess strong communication skills. You should also have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Train clients on the effective use of various software programs
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
