Technical Support Specialist

Our fast-growing IT company in Odense is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and maintaining their computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Maintain computer systems and perform routine updates and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in an IT company or help desk environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
