Junior DevOps Developer


We are seeking a Junior DevOps Developer to join our team in Oslo. As a Junior DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of our company's infrastructure and software systems. This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and maintenance of our company's infrastructure and software systems
- Implement automation tools and processes to streamline operations
- Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth integration of code changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior experience working with Linux/Unix environments
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
- Basic understanding of software development processes and tools (e.g. Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:
While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience working with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo. Relocation assistance is not available at this time.
