We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow traditional recipes and baking techniques
- Ensure quality control by monitoring oven temperatures and baking times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management
- Train new team members on baking techniques
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional baking methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary: 1200$ per month (without accommodation)
