Remote Computer Support Specialist - Vejle, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients remotely. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and updating software, and providing guidance on how to use various computer programs.

To excel in this role, you must have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone or email
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install and update software applications as needed
- Train clients on how to use various computer programs
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our database
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools is a plus

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This is a remote job based in Vejle, Denmark. You must have your own visa and accommodation arrangements.
