IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Vejle, Denmark. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software run smoothly. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining network connectivity.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Ensure network connectivity for all devices
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks
- Keep detailed records of all technical support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members on projects related to system upgrades or new technology implementations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and system security measures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vejle, Denmark (accommodation provided if needed)
