Barista (Seasonal)

Our busy coffee shop in Moscow is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team for the upcoming season. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a great opportunity for students or Canadians looking for seasonal work in an English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings and recommend new items to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with orders
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas, including counters, appliances, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing techniques
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary: $1200 USD per month (based on experience)

Location: Moscow, Russia (English-speaking)
