Job Title: Barista for Busy Cafe in Moscow

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team at a busy cafe located in the heart of Moscow. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, and we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for applicants of all nationalities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Fluent or conversational English preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following recipes, measuring ingredients, and monitoring brewing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and wiping counters
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times, taking orders accurately and processing payments correctly
- Communicate with customers about menu items, recommendations, and any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
