Roofer Supervisor

As a Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of roofers and ensuring that all work is completed to high standards and within given timeframes. You will be based in Jerusalem, working primarily with Indian employees, and no prior knowledge of English is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of roofers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and coordinate roofing projects, including material orders and scheduling
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets safety standards
- Train new employees on roofing techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Maintain accurate records of project details, such as materials used and time spent on each job
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a roofer or in a similar supervisory role
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read building plans and blueprints
- Basic math skills for calculating material needs and estimating costs
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with non-native English speakers
- Physical stamina for working at heights and in varying weather conditions

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel (Indian nationals preferred)
