A reputable dismantling company in La-Condamine is seeking a skilled and motivated Dismantler to join our team. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling vehicles and equipment for salvage or recycling purposes. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles and equipment according to established procedures
- Remove parts and components for salvage or recycling
- Sort and organize parts for storage or resale
- Inspect parts for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
- Meet production quotas and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle dismantling or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems
- Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
