As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies for our retail stores in Copenhagen, Denmark. Your main goal will be to increase sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring that our products are displayed attractively and effectively. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to analyze sales data and customer feedback in order to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for our retail stores in Copenhagen
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product placement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure that all products are displayed attractively, neatly, and accurately priced
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Make recommendations for improvements or changes to enhance the overall shopping experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of Danish language is preferred but not required
