Office Manager for Canadian Company in Sharjah
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Canadian company in Sharjah. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance when needed
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1500$ per month
