Office Assistant in Bergen, Norway
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team in Bergen, Norway. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position is full-time and comes with accommodation options.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
