Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our clients and ensure their computer systems, hardware, and software run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
- Train clients on how to use computer systems, hardware, and software effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology developments in the field.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve system performance.
- Ensure data backup and security measures are in place.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions for future reference.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-tech-savvy individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
- Experience with remote desktop support tools.

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Alta, Norway (accommodation available)
