Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving any hardware or software issues they may encounter. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so the ideal candidate should have their own visa and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Maintain computer networks and perform routine maintenance
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Document all technical support activities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently without close supervision

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Alta, Norway (candidate nationality/location preference is open)
