Architectural Technologist



We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Alta, Canada. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet client requirements and building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess existing conditions
- Research materials and building techniques to ensure cost-effective and sustainable solutions
- Prepare project proposals, reports, and presentations for clients
- Oversee the production of construction documents
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support during construction phase
- Stay updated on current trends in architecture and new technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Experience in project management is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with benefits such as free visa sponsorship, flight ticket expenses, and health insurance. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week.
