Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new guests and increase revenue at our hotel in Faroe-Islands. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in hotel sales and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a management role
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Faroe-Islands
