Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's projects in Horsens. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management experience, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project team members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular project status meetings to review progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustments
- Monitor project expenses to ensure they stay within budget
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely completion of all required reports
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout the duration of each project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards a common goal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Familiarity with project management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on construction projects
- PMP certification
Salary: $1300 per month
