Job Title: IT Support Specialist (English Speaking)


As an IT Support Specialist for our company in Vilnius, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our English-speaking clients. This is a contract position specifically for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a strong background in computer support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote access
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position.
