We are a busy retail store in Eldoret, Kenya seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and process their purchases accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and card transactions, balancing the till at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with any issues or complaints.
- Ensure pricing accuracy on all items.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Swahili is an advantage).
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

Salary:
As a Cashier at our store, you will receive a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
