Formworkers are skilled professionals who play a crucial role in the construction industry. They work on site to prepare, set up, and dismantle the formwork required for concrete structures. Our company in La-Condamine is currently seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
- Set up and install formwork using various materials such as wood, metal, or plastic
- Pour and spread concrete into the forms, ensuring accuracy and smooth finish
- Use hand and power tools to secure formwork in place
- Strip forms after the concrete has cured and clean up the site
- Inspect formwork for any damages or defects and make necessary repairs or replacements as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in construction
- Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of different formwork systems and materials
- Ability to measure accurately and use hand/power tools effectively
- Physically fit with good balance, coordination, and stamina for working at heights and lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions from supervisors

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
