Construction Manager



The Construction Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Herning. They will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality work is being performed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively

Salary: 1700$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, the company will cover the cost of a visa and ticket for candidates outside of Herning.
