Job Title: Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through various digital channels. Your main goal will be to help clients make informed decisions and solve their problems effectively. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of online platforms and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Guide clients through the company's products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their needs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while ensuring each client receives individual attention
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products in order to provide accurate information to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall client experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online platforms and how they function
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with clients
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Location: This position is based in Kolding but offers the opportunity for remote work.

Salary: Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
