Equipment Operator

Our construction company located in Kaunas is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety regulations and be able to work efficiently in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Valid driver's license required
