Team Lead - Project Management (Utena, Philippines)


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our project management team in Utena, Philippines. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and ensuring the successful completion of all projects within the given timelines and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Develop project plans and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and provide updates on project status
- Track project budgets and expenses
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus

Salary:
$1200 per month

Utena, Philippines

Preference:
