Architecture Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and execution. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from design to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and reports
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
