Handyman (Part-Time) in Lisbon, Portugal


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a part-time basis in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks for our company and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify any issues or needed repairs
- Repairing or replacing damaged equipment, furniture, fixtures, and appliances
- Painting walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Installing new fixtures or equipment as requested
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Handling basic plumbing and electrical tasks such as unclogging drains, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from clients and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a monthly salary of 1700$.
