Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator based in Porto, Portugal, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials onto trucks and other vehicles. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all materials are loaded safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, such as loaders, to load and unload materials onto trucks and other vehicles
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Follow loading instructions from supervisors or site managers
- Ensure proper placement of materials on vehicles to maximize space utilization
- Secure loads with chains or straps to prevent shifting during transport
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to maintenance team
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and follow loading instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring materials
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or transportation industries will be given preference.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, with opportunities for overtime pay.
