IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's IT department, including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to ensure the effective use of technology within the organization
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure
- Monitor budget and expenses related to IT operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software systems, networks, and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
