We are in need of a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Svalbard. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects. Your duties will include mixing and pouring concrete, smoothing and leveling surfaces, and using specialized tools to create desired finishes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with concrete and a strong understanding of construction safety regulations. A biometric passport is required for this position. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksites for concrete pouring by setting up forms, ensuring proper drainage, and laying out reinforcing materials
- Mix concrete according to specifications and pour it into designated areas
- Smooth, level, and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Create desired finishes by using specialized tools such as trowels or stamping equipment
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure proper curing of the concrete
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with concrete in a construction setting
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport is mandatory for this position
