Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete using various tools and techniques
- Monitor curing process to ensure a strong and durable finished product
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Repair or replace damaged concrete structures as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid work visa for Svalbard (visa sponsorship available for the right candidate)
