Temporary Concierge in Aarhus
We are hiring a temporary concierge to provide excellent customer service and support in Aarhus. As a concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, and handling any inquiries or concerns. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and is able to work flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities to management
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary: $1300 per month
