We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Clairvaux, Canada. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial settings. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of instruments such as flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and control systems
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems
- Order replacement parts as needed
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Communicate with other technicians and engineers to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience with various types of instrumentation such as transmitters, analyzers, controllers, etc.
- Familiarity with PLCs and DCS systems preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per week.
