Computer Support Specialist (Malayalees)

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Utena. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware. This role is suitable for men with experience in the field and who possess a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Ensure security and privacy of systems by adhering to company policies
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Keep track of all support requests and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
